I'm looking for an unfurnished place with garden (love gardening - esp growing my own veg, also have an allotment) in Knowle/Totterdown or Clifton area, would consider other areas.

I will also be paying rent on an office space so I need to take that into account with the budget - looking at max £450 (for my share) inc bills. I am clean and tidy but not precious, away some weekends. Get in touch if you're looking for similar.
