You must deliver a fresh and new client shopping experience every day through outstanding customer service and product knowledge and education. A successful candidate possesses an enthusiasm for success and the creativeness to make it happen along with a passion for ensuring the best customer experience possible.
The Business Manager is responsible for managing the day to day department store counter operations and staff. The Business Manager will generate and drive sales and sales performance, ensure outstanding client service, and maximize profits by controlling expenses. In addition, they will coach, train, mentor and develop the Beauty Ambassadors and protect company assets.
We also require Full/Part time Beauty Ambassadors, who must be friendly, have great make up skills and a high desire to please our customers.
