As Deputy Head of House, you will work within our motivation and engagement team, supporting the Head of House in ensuring all students thrive at BLC. You will be responsible for liaising with key teachers as well as parents and other staff to ensure all students are appropriately supported and engaged in the learning process. In addition to supporting students you will also be expected to perform as a cover supervisor, covering for teacher absence as and when required.
This position will ideally suit someone with a desire to work with young people. If you have a minimum of 2 years experience working with young students aged 11-19 and are committed to helping students realise their potential then this is the position for you.
