I am moving out at the end of August this year and am looking for someone to take my place.

The house is a lovely terraced house with a garden near Chandos rd in Redland, previously occupied by a small family and now there are 5 young professionals living there including myself (2 boys and 2 girls plus me).
The room is a double furnished room with a walk in wardrobe. Non-Smoking house.
We are looking for a good natured professional flatmate who is willing to help keep the house tidy and who is also up for having a laugh with everyone.
