Management couple required for local pub in Brislington, South Bristol. The pub is under new ownership and will be re-opening in two weeks time. Couple needed to undertake both front of house and chef role. Must have previous experience and be able to demonstrate ability to run a local pub serving good quality food and real ales. Will be responsible for all aspects of the business from ordering, stock control, health, hygiene and safety, cost control and staff management.

Pub is a large, double-storey building comprising of large main bar area, small courtyard, upstairs function room and comes with extensive three bedroom accommodation. Interior decor of pub and kitchen refitted in 2007 and in good condition.

Available for immediate start, salary negotiable depending on experience. Profit-share considered for excellent candidates. Two referees must be provided and will be taken up.
