Our client, a major distributor of FMCG, in their search for an outstanding Warehouse Operations Manager, to be based at their facility in the South West.

Reporting directly to the site General Manager, you will be responsible for up to 300 individuals across a three shift system who you will manage effectively via your direct reports within this fast paced distribution operation.

As a highly effective and confident operations manager, preferably with experience of Retail/Foodservice/FMCG warehousing and distribution, you will lead, motivate and develop your team to continually surpass site KPIs and business objectives. Ensuring that site productivity remains at an optimum, with sound resource planning and expert execution of all operations, you will drive a culture of positive progression and continual improvement across all areas of the facility.

Your communication skills will be expert at all levels, as it is your ability to manage people through process which will set you apart from your peers, always able to influence in a pro-active and positive manner.
