An exciting opportunity has arisen within a Leading Insurance and Financial Services Organisation who due to expansion are looking for a number of Insurance Sales and Customer Services Advisors to join their expanding call centre operations, the company are growing at a massive rate in the area and this offers candidates excellent career development opportunities. The Roles

*Customer Service Advisors - £15,500 - £19,000 + the opportunity to ear up to 30% bonus per annum*

Candidates will be required to give the best possible service to both new and existing customers whilst making amendment and answering general queries regarding their Insurance policy. This role will involve candidates dealing with queries from both new and existing customers. This position will be working in an inbound call centre (no cold calling) on a shift rotation pattern. Candidates will need to have previous Customer Service experience and ideally will have worked within a call centre environment.


*Sales Advisors - £15,500 - £19,000 basic with an OTE / Commission of around £26,000 and excellent benefits*

Candidates will need to be strong sales people who will be able to sell Insurance policies to both new and existing customers whilst maintaining excellent customer service at all time. This role is purely inbound sales so will involve no cold calling. Candidates from an Insurance background would be an advantage however candidates that have good sales experience from another industry will still be considered. This is a very target driven position where Customer Service will be a key factor and be able to demonstrate a proven background in Sales
