This caravan has been well looked after since we bought it in September 2006, and is in 1st class condition, but now genuine circumstances force us, reluctantly, to sell.
The caravan is sited on Park 1 at Talacre Beach, 5* site, holders of David Bellamy Gold Conservation Award. The park has to be seen to be believed! It is beautifully maintained, with 2 playgrounds for children, our caravan it situated close to the main complex in an ideal location. Close to one of the Children’s play areas offering great peace of mind for any parent or Grandparent.
The caravan is fully equipped and ready to move in. All crockery and kitchen ware was new in 2006. I am also including new bedding for all the beds. The caravan is fitted with extra sockets and kitchen lights. Sky TV is provided by Talacre to each caravan, there's Wi-Fi too so that you're not deprived of contact with the outside world. I will also be leaving outside storage facilities.
The beach at Talacre is a stroll from the caravan park, but you can park your car for free on the beach. Prestatyn is 4 minutes by car with all the right shops to help you have a relaxing time, with 3 sandy beaches stretching for FOUR miles, with a long split level promenade. Rhyl, with its re-developed promenade and children's fun fair, is less than 10 minutes in the car. But there's no need to leave the caravan park. There's a fantastic indoor leisure complex for all the family, hours of fun in the tropically heated pool. Wet weather? No matter as there's also a children's entertainment room and trained staff to supervise the children in a wide range of organised activities during school holidays! It really is a paradise for the children and if they're happy, it means you can relax with a glass of wine or a beer, outside your caravan or in the exclusive country club on the park. There's entertainment provided at the weekends and during school holidays, with a children’s disco and entertainment on Friday and Saturday evenings up to 9.00pm and every night in school holidays. Children must leave the cabaret bar at 9pm but your night can continue in the bar area. Our 9 and 5 year old children have loved coming here for the pat 18 months. There is a special teenager’s area too allowing any growing child some independence.

Our caravan is a wonderful holiday home, perfect for weekends and/or school holidays, or to spend lots of time in your retirement.
Please give me ring to view it at a convenient time as you really need to come onto the park and have a good look round, you will not get onto the park alone as a security pass is required to gain access onto the park.
