Brand new rear brakes and two spare tires.
Reliable, good sized van, has started every time. Clean and comfortable drive. We bought it as a summer camper with plans to convert, slept in it easily, two adults and a child as is! Our winter project to camperise was halted; baby on the way means we have outgrown it before conversion!
You could carry on and camperise it, or would make a great work van.
Gear stick garland not included in sale, unless very convincing argument given!
