Job Title: Project Manager

Client: A UK leader in Infrastructure Development working on high profile, multi-disciplinary projects on an International basis.

Overview: Our client has a land development department with an extensive track record of working in with regional development agencies, local authorities and private developers to deliver successful regeneration projects.

Key Objective: The principal function of this position is to represent the company as Project Manager on regeneration projects. The role involves close liaison with the Clients and other stakeholders and coordination of the delivery of all of the company's multi-disciplinary skills to successfully deliver sustainable developments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the project with a variety of specialist inputs from other parts of the company
- Close liaison with clients and other parties related to planning as a single point of contact for all Project activities

Skills & Experience:
The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent and be able to demonstrate the following skills and knowledge:
- Excellent communication skills and an in depth knowledge of at least one relevant engineering field
- Must be a quick learner with proven initiative who has the ability to identify solutions not problems
- Ability to work within a team (both taking and giving direction)
- Able to react quickly and confidently to changes in programme and client requests whilst liaising with other parties
