The Role

The client is looking for a motivated and committed part qualified individual who is looking to push them self forward within their career. The role;To deliver reporting and analysis for Operations. Provide proactive added value analysis to help drive profit and help Operations to deliver their required financial performance. Manage all forward financial planning including budget forecast and strategic plans. Financial control and management of the operational P&Ls. The main point of contact for Operations analysis decision support and commercial challenge.Responsibilities;1.Accountable for the delivery of profit and loss and balance sheet cost control and tactical financial management of operations to ensure financial objectives are achieved.2.Manage and deliver for Operations a top down/bottom up store by store phased Budget including pairs turnover NAM retail store overheads central retail operations overheads and contribution.3.Manage and deliver Operational Qtrly forecasts4.Responsible for ensuring Operations overheads forecasts and budgets provided by Central Finance teams are fully informed by the latest data and are accurately compiled and calculated to enable effective decision making.5.Manage and deliver the strategic 5 year plan through rigorous analysis and stakeholder management. Lead the financial support of strategic and operational projects.6.Accountable for and proactively manage the impact of capacity store closures refit schedules ensuring up lifts are built in appropriately and in line with signed off business cases.7.Financial analysis of operational performance highlighting risks and opportunities and developing solutions to maximise profitability. Driving operator action at monthly and quarterly RSM reviews.

£20000 - £26000 + study
