BYZANTIUM, open in Bristol since 1998, is a leading venue for parties, weddings, events and fine dining. Stylish decor with opulent colours and exotic lighting is enhanced by an atrium above the marble dance floor with a broad staircase, leading to the large first floor dining room, private dining room and glass-fronted kitchen. It is in an excellent location with beautiful views of St. Mary Redcliffe directly opposite.

We open Tuesday to Saturday evenings, with occasional exclusives at other times, except during the very busy Christmas season when we are open for lunch and dinner Monday to Saturday and serve up to 6000 customers. We have regular live entertainment ranging from magicians to circus skills to regular DJ’s and have a licence to 2 a.m. with a fire officer approved capacity of 270.
