Our client, a leading national law firm, is continuing to flourish and expand despite challenging market conditions. As part of this continuing development, the firm is looking further strengthen its Commercial Litigation Team in Bristol.

As part of this increasingly busy team you will be running an interesting and varied caseload of Commercial Litigation, including a wide range of corporate and commercial disputes. Your work will also include actions involving director and shareholder disputes and minority shareholder actions, and claims under a variety of corporate agreements.

The Person:
• You will have a strong litigation background with an excellent knowledge and recent experience of arbitration mediation and ADR procedures.
• As well as being a first class litigator, you will be a confident negotiator and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
• You will have experience of supervising the work of more junior fee earners.
• You will be an outgoing person with good marketing and client development skills.
