There are several regular buses into the city centre from the stop at the end of the road, and it takes about 15 minutes, depending on time of day (Bus no's: 41, 43, 44, 44a, 45, 332, 632, 635 & N3). The house is 100 meters from St George's Park which is a huge open park with loads of trees and a lake.

Rent is £400 pcm, rent includes all bills (Council Tax, Electricity, Gas, Water, TV License and WiFi Virgin Broadband). The usual deposit of 1 month’s rent, and minimum of 6 month tenancy.
