Working for this not-for-profit organisation you will have previous customer service/team leader experience. The role is varied and incorporates a variety of duties to include the supervision of a responsive, high performing, customer orientated team, leading and motivating the team to provide high quality customer service through supervisions and training, set targets in key performance areas and monitor delivery through supervisions, taking corrective action where necessary, take an active role in the development and promotion of effective Customer Service standards, deal with complaints, and analyse management information. Working closely with other departments within the organisation, the ideal candidate will exert strong communication skills, have the ability to work within given timeframes, and possess strong IT skills
