House share with one bloke, good sized double room with small study available from 1st January for £425 per month.

House has great location in quiet dead end street in St Werburghs close to city farm, climbing centre and several nice pubs. By foot it takes less than 15 minutes to get to Glos Rd or Easton, and less than 25 minutes to town centre. Bills come to about £100 per month each evened out over the year.

House is comprised of living room, dining room and kitchen downstairs then a bathroom, two bedrooms and the study upstairs. Large-ish and currently fairly unkempt garden out back. There is also a working outside toilet if that’s a deal breaker. The house is in good condition but you couldn’t call it plush. It is however a pretty comfortable attractive place to live, if you can ignore the surreal plastering on the ceiling.

I’m looking for someone to share with who is easy going, chilled, is tidy but not too tidy, reliable, and feels comfortable doing their own thing if that’s what they want to do. You would need to be ok with some occasional late nights, which works both ways of course. Currently smoking through out but happy to compromise for non-smoker.
