Due to continued growth an exciting opportunity exists for a Marketing Manager to Lead their marketing function based in their offices in central Bristol. A fast moving environment, which will challenge the right individual to achieve potentially, Director status within a few years. Would suit an ambitious, but demonstrably accomplished marketing `all-rounder` with particular skills in MarComms.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Senior member of the key management team, with board reporting status
- Re-evaluation and execution of marketing plan, in context with business plan
- Product evaluation from a price, feature and benefit perspective, competitor Analysis
- Planning, design and implementation of direct marketing schedule (sector research and pain point identification)
- Management of Telemarketing staff (min x1)
- Client Satisfaction Surveys
- Maintain the company website
- Co-ordinate the channel relationship
- Brand Champion - both internally and externally
- PR
- Agency management
- Copywriting
Requirements

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, (including grammar, syntax and use of language).
- Ability to communicate enthusiastically and with confidence and authority.
- Product and Services Marketing experience
- Up to date knowledge of IT.
- Professional and mature manner.
- Proactive and positive work ethic.
- Ability to generate ideas and lead
- Willingness to learn quickly and seek out new information when required.
- Experience of direct marketing
- Local knowledge of the South West business environment ideally within the IT managed services sector would be a bonus.
