Head Chef / Bristol / Fresh Modern Cooking / Restaurant / c£25k+ Negotiable

We're looking for a Head Chef for a new restaurant operation due to open shortly in Central Bristol. The operation will be serving a fresh, modern and locally sourced menu and there will be an emphasis on locally sourced farm meats.

We are looking for applicants with experience running all aspects of a busy fresh food kitchen. Of particular importance is skill working with fresh stocks, butchery and also applicants must be strong on sauce and grill. Everything will be freshly made on site including breads so an excellent all-round knowledge of all aspects of cooking is essential. Of equal importance is strong commercial kitchen management experience; a track record of achieving strong GP's essential. This will include skills in managing suppliers, stock management etc.

Salary is negotiable and dependant upon experience but will start in the region of £25,000+
