Hi, primarily looking for a running partner, however, very happy to engage in any sporting activity from back packing to pin pong to camping. I’m 48 and started running at 45. Happy in any sporting environment but I do like to run including long, short, tempo, interval and social runs. I am content to run at your pace and when it suits you. I live and work in Bristol Monday to Thursday. Generally run between Filton and Fishponds but happy to travel.

Happy to give encouragement or motivation to enable you to achieve your own targets. For me it will give motivation and a reason to keep on running.
