There are 4 bedrooms available from 1st of July.(Then 5 from 1st of October)
4 rooms have double beds and one has a single bed.
All rooms are furnished.
There's a large living room area, kitchen, one bathroom, separate shower room and a toilet. On each floor there is store-room. There are a gas cooker, fridge and freezer, washing machine and tv.
Other bills(electricity, gas, water, tv licences, etc.) are not included. But they can be quite cheap once divided among 6 people.
The house is located in Bedminster, about 10-15 minutes walking distance to UWE Bower Ashton Campus. Also about 20 minutes walk to city centre. There are plenty of shopping area. There are Aldi, Sainsbury's and Asda. And North Street shopping mall, there are lots of shops to see.
There's a park right in front of the house as well.
