Sydney- $50k- 70k Basic on experience + Super + OTE- Senior IT Recruitment Consultant- open to specific vertical exp especially SAP, Infrastructure, PM/BA

Due to a continued success in their sector and great client relationships which are yielding returns, a great IT specialist client of ours is currently structuring the company and looking towards the future and moving from a structure around clients towards vertical markets and as such are looking for strong potential team leaders and consultants at the moment who come from a specific vertical, be it Infrastructure, Development, PM/BA or more specific applications, to come in and lead them into next year and the new structure.

My client is a great example of a privately owned company, established since 2002, who make the most of the fact they can be small enough to partner with their clients and work to the specialist boutique model but large enough for relationships to be leveraged off, work collaboratively with each other, work on a PSA basis with a number of clients and deliver across many areas with their clients, hence the proven success. Despite the downturn, my client has maintained their salesy environment and positive attitude to it and for that reason has maintained staff levels and client/candidate relationships.

The role would be to come in, work both temp and perm side of a vertical and should the Consultant prove themselves, be able to step into a Team Leader role and build a team with current consultants and new ones and lead the team into the future, to a great commission structure and environment where you will be able to deliver quality recruitment in an autonomous and supportive environment.
