Construction Retail Project Manager. Bristol.
£35,000 - £39,000 + £5,000 Car allowance + Benefits + Bonus

My client is a specialist contractor that is involved in high profile refurbishment and extension contracts to high street banks nationwide. With an established team already working in the South West, they are looking to strengthen it with an experienced Site Manager to work on any one of their contracts in the region.

As the successful candidate you will be responsible for the day to day management of your project, all aspects of health and safety and liaising with clients and engineers alike. You will also be responsible for the management of Sub Contractors, Foremen and materials. You also must be willing to travel.

With a proven track record in retail projects, you will already be a Site Manager with a similar sized company on High Street Bank projects of up to £4 million. An excellent communicator and leader, you will be self motivated and able to work to strict deadlines under pressure.
