We have a large, furnished room available from the end of August. It is in a big bungalow oppersit the MOD, and two minits walk from Sainsburys. On the 73, 70, and university bus route, the house consists of a huge front room, kitchen and dinning room. There is a large double garage and a garden. The property is managed by a letting agent which means that any problems are always dealt with promptly. They also cut the grass for us once a week. It is a detached house on a quiet road.
You will be sharing with two easy going early 20 year old guys. We would idealy like an under 30 year old guy, but you are all welcome to come over for a chat. Our interests include music, art and martial arts.
You will need to pay one months rent and one months deposit before you move in.
