Head Housekeeper - Bristol/Bath commute - 18-20k dep on experience

Our client is a beautiful hotel located on the outskirts of Bristol. The hotel has 30+ bedrooms along with conference and event space and restaurant facilities.

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced head housekeeper to take full responsibility for this position which form part of the senior management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the department including;
- Recruitment and training of the housekeeping team
- Work within departmental budget
- Health + safety
- Hotel Duty Management shifts
- Delivering against company standards and guest satisfaction

Required Experience
Candidates must come from at least a 4 star background and have a proven ability in motivating and managing team members. The ideal candidate will already be working at head housekeeper level.

Salary and Benefits
Our client is looking to pay a competitive basic salary of 18-20k along with company benefits.
