Job Description:

As an Assistant Manager you will assist the General Manager in all aspects of running the business including staffing, budget control, stock taking and achieving brand standards.

This company is committed to training and development of their staff and managers alike. You will be responsible for training and developing your team and ensuring that all team members are given the opportunity to fulfil their full potential.

Required Experience:

You must have previous managerial experience, preferably within a high volume restaurant environment.

We are looking for managers who lead from the front and are positive and self motivated. You must be flexible, passionate and commercially aware.

Salary and Benefits:

The starting salary for this role is £19,000. You will also receive a fantastic training package and ongoing opportunities for training throughout your career and also a competitive bonus structure is available.
