Nice single room with 2 wall shelves, a small chest of drawers, a desk, a couple of seats, a TV plus a large cupboard, a bookshelf (can't see these on the photo though) and WIFI connection available.

The house has a large garden and is located in Horfield. There are also local shops just up the street, including a large Co-op, take away shops and a library. Horfield sport centre and swimming pool are just 10 mins away.

It is very well deserved by buses: 70/73 and 25 within 3 mins walk and 75/76 and 77 within 6 mins walk; also Filton Abbey Wood train station is at a mere 15 mins walk, and UWE 30 mins.

I live in the house with 1 other in our 30's. I have 2 birds and my friend is an excellent guitarist.
