Our client, A Leading Legal 500 firm is seeking an Employment Litigator to manage a varied caseload of contentious employee cases

Working within the Employment team you will liaise with Solicitors, other litigators and paralegals


Responsibilities:

Preparing Bundles for solicitors to take to tribunals and assisting where required
Building firm relationships with clients and refers
Acting for employees in claims that will include:
Unfair dismissal
Breach of Contract
Unlawful Deduction from Wages
Full range of Discrimination claims


Skills:


Effective communicator
Computer Literate
Already employed in an employment consultancy business, legal practice or employer/employee representative organisation; and who has previous experience of handling an employment tribunal litigation caseload
Experience of handling discrimination claims would be a distinct advantage
