Customer Service Advisor x 8
Location: Nailsea
Hours:
8-4, 9-5, 10-6, 12-8 working 1 in 4 Saturdays 8-2 shifts
Role:
You will be:
- Responding to customer enquiries and complaints promptly and accurately complying with business targets
- Negotiating payment arrangements with customers ensuring the repayment amount is sufficient to clear the debt.
- Making financial and non-financial adjustments to customer records as required.
- Identifying potential changes/improvements which will improve efficiency and or effectiveness
- Maintaining accurate and up to date reference material for changes to procedures
- Answering general customer enquiries This role would suit an individual with good customer service and problem solving skills.
