Our client is a Beautiful Country House Hotel located in the Wiltshire area. Guests come from far and wide to enjoy the superb location, great hospitality, good food, and beautiful accommodation.

Job Description
The hotel consists of 20+ bedrooms, and Conference and Banqueting facilities along with leisure facilities.
They are currently seeking a Commis Chef to work alongside the Head Chef and support the kitchen team.
The hotel caters for functions of 70max as well as creating unpretentious food from fresh ingredients for their renowned restaurant.
The hotel is currently working towards its 2nd rosette and requires someone who can assist this through adding their own input.

Required Experience
*This role would suit a Chef with some fine dining experience ready for their pursuit towards gaining rosettes.
*This position would suit a dedicated and enthusiastic individual who would like to progress their career within a great hotel company

Salary and Benefits
The starting salary for this role is 12000- 13000 depending on experience. Live in accommodation can be provided as well. There is a strong potential for growth in the position.
