Applicants must be registered Nurses.

Salary is £16.13/ hr and the shifts are spread over 24/7. You will work on a 2 week shift basis that stays the same so you will always know what shifts you are doing.

Principle Objectives

• To offer high-quality post-treatment personal health advice in response to individual needs.
• To arrange appropriate post-treatment care/treatment as required.
• To develop and improve the post treatment advice service to a high level of client satisfaction.
• To provide efficient pre-treatment telephone consultations to clients and record them on electronic medical records
Main Duties
• Receive in-bound telephone calls from clients who have received treatment from our International healthcare Organisation and who require post treatment advice or further information.
• Make out-bound calls to clients to discuss pre-treatment consultation questions, current and future medication information and aftercare advice which will be recorded on electronic medical records.
• Make comprehensive records of each call dealt with, advice given and action taken and forward to all Centres at the end of each shift. Routinely update the client database.
Qualifications/Training/Knowledge
• Enrolled/Registered Nurse
• GCSE standard English Language & Mathematics
• IT literate with good keyboard skills
Experience
• Minimum of 2 years post registration experience
• Willingness to participate in the training and orientation of others
