2 rooms availble imedietley in a new build house share in the Brentry area of bristol ,The rooms are fully furnished with double beds,wardrobe's,one large set of drawer's and bedside table/drawer's with full access to the kitchen,living room,bathrooms and garden rent is including bill's and council tax.
The house is located 10 mins from Cribs causeway via two bus's that run outside the house and from the same stop 40 mins to the center.
The house is non smoking and there are no pets allowed we'd prefer the people applying to be of a simulaur age to my self and matt (21 and 22) and either full time prof's or students (Male or Female)The length of each term will be 6 and a months rent and deposit are also needed before you move in .any questions or if you would like pics of the room's message or call myself.
