Legal Secretary
One of Bristol's leading law firms is looking to recruit an experienced legal secretary on a temporary basis to work for an associate lawyer in their busy wills and probate team. You will have full responsibility for assisting and managing the lawyers day to day workload, diary, typing and dealing with her clients. The role will involve a very varied workload. You will be typing up letters, memos, wills and documents, managing a busy diary, and dealing with clients both face to face and over the phone.
You will be an experienced legal secretary with some experience of working within a wills and probate department. You should have fast and accurate audio and copy typing speeds, be proficient with Microsoft office and be able to cope in a fast paced environment. My client is looking for someone who is comfortable with dealing with clients and who can prioritise a busy workload
