KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Branch Banking ·to import the relevant information from Diver onto a spreadsheet ·management of the Lock and Roll ·management of the Cardnet queries Cardnet Machines ·to deal with the day to day ordering of the Cardnet Machines ·to load the spreadsheet onto the sun system Sun Purchase Ledger ·administer legal letters ·deal with any queries on codingCheque requests ·Fleet - Penalty / Congestion Charge·TV Licences ·Poisons ·Ad hoc requests Employee expenses·to process employee expenses and deal with any queries Petty Cash·administer and answer any queries Customer Rebates ·manage Rebate file and new entries ·manage monthly accrual calculation ·manage ad hoc payment of rebates VAT ·administer disabled VAT claims·export VAT claims ·to deal with Branch and Customer queries Acquisition Assistance ·interaction with acquisition branch Support ·to deal with Branch queries ·change parameters on Kerridge ·month end raise claim to suppliers ·chase suppliers for payment ·enter External Support details Management skills·to supervise the team on a day to day basis SKILLS:·ability to question figures·good problem solving skills·good Excel skills·self motivated
