We are looking for someone who is a student, female only, non-smoker, tidy and who needs a place to live for a year (08/09)

The room is light and airy, however it is the smallest room in the house. It is located overlooking the back garden. It has shelfs, chair and desk, a nice Ikea wardrobe and drawers and a single bed. Also has had a new carpet put in. The house is very close to Bower Ashton so this would be perfect for a student studying there.

The room is available now and is a 12 month contract (end of June 09). The rent is £255 pcm.
