Salary from £15,536 pa pro rata + commission
(dependent upon experience)

In this role you will be speaking to potential customers and providing them with quotes for their insurance. The role is phone based and the majority of the enquiries will be similar. There is no cold calling but you will need to sell the benefits of our products and this can be challenging due to the targets. You will however be financially rewarded for meeting them. This is a key role for Liverpool Victoria as it is the first opportunity we have to show how good our customer service is and build a relationship with our customers.
The skills
• Proven ability to personally deliver constantly high standards of quality in a customer service focused delivery environment;
• Demonstrable talent for building a rapport with customers to quickly understand their needs and identify appropriate opportunities to promote services and sell products to them as appropriate;
• Plenty of confidence and the personality to make a positive impact on customers by telephone;
• Enjoyment and experience of working to quality, productive and conversion targets and achieving these;
• Ability to learn and retain product and procedural information on an ongoing basis;
