If you like the place and we like you, you'll be sharing with three charming guys and a lovely lady all in our mid twenties, professional and all actively creative in our own ways, we enjoy a variety of pastimes and are all very gregarious and friendly. The feel of our house is relaxed, but not too relaxed, friendly and cheerful.

It's £310 a month all bills and tax inclusive, and we'd like our new housemate to ideally have a fulltime job, not only to help pay their share of the bills, but we all work a 9-5, and sometimes more so are looking for a similar person. We'd also need a deposit of £240.
