Hi there. My name is Michael Newman and I am currently looking for a property to rent in Bistol starting at the begining of July. Idealy we would prefer a house but we will consider a flat. We are looking for a property with a 1 double bedroom, Kitchen, Lounge, Bathroom (bath/shower) and idealy a garden, also a drive would be a bonus but is not essential. I am a medical nurse at the Bristol Royal Infirmary. Myself and my partner will be moving in to a property if one comes up, she is also a Nurse at Frenchay Hospital. Wee are a very nice couple who are really easy to get on with, we are clean and tidy and very polite. We are not too fussed on the location of the property, idealy somewhere near Gloucester Road/Bishopston/Mont Pellier/Fishponds/Southville/Bedminster/Bradley Stoke area. We are both non smokers and have no pets. We are looking for somewhere long term(ish), around 1-2 years but what ever comes up we will consider.
Our maximum rent payable would be £700/pcm not including bills/council tax.
We are willing to pay a first months rent and a deposit to hold a property if one was to come up.
