I have a double room available in a 3 bed house in Flax Bourton. It will be available from Feb 2008. I am looking for someone who is private and will respect the property. Myself and the other resident go home at weekends so the house would be yours most weekends, I say most as occasionally my wife travels down from Manchester.

I would prefer someone who is older than 30 and single, male or female. All bills are included within the rent of £450, which must be paid on time. The house has wireless access which has a limited download any excess to the limit will be charged with the rent.
