My client is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie ready to make their first move or a Junior Sous looking for a more challenging role.

You will be in charge of the sauce section and running the Banqueting side of the kitchen - so experience within these fields would prove essential.

At least 2 years experience at Chef de Partie level or less time if worked within a rosette establishment.

Live in isn't available so applicants must live within the area or have own accomodation. For the right person my client is willing to pay up to £18,000 per annum plus excellent bonus opportunities and progression.
