£46,000 - £48,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + Benefits + Car.

My client is a Highly recognised National Contractor specialising in high profile education and commercial contracts throughout the country with values up to £20 million. They currently require an experienced Project Manager to work out of their Bristol Offices on contracts in and around the region on such contracts.

As the successful candidate you will be responsible for managing any one of their up and coming commercial or educational projects valued anywhere between £5m - £20million. You will be responsible for providing live input into the tender before managing your project once live. As well as acting as an ambassador for the company, you will liaise with architects, engineers and clients. You will report to the Contracts Manager

With a proven track record in delivering projects on time and to budget of similar size and type, you will have come from a construction background, and be already working with a similar sized contractor. You will be able to use your outstanding communication and leadership skills to reach your goals.
