I'm looking for a down to earth, friendly female to share the flat I'm renting. Another single gal like myself, who doesn't mind living without a TV in the lounge and whose relatively green thinking would be a bonus too.

So about the flat : Its a lovely first floor flat with wrought iron balcony overlooking a tree lined street. The ceilings are really high at the front of the building and with lots of light. There is a kitchen /lounge and a shower room rather than a bathroom. Its only a 2 bed place so the flat isn't huge but it is very cosy and got lovely floor to ceiling windows overlooking the street at the front. Its just off Whiteladies so handy for the shops and bars. Ideal for someone whose lived in shared accommodation before, who wants the bonuses of living with someone else for the company,chats and to unwind with but isn't looking for the heady days of out and out chaos that some houseshares can entail!

The bedroom going is at the back and has a more modern feel with laminate flooring, magnolia walls and cream curtains. Its fully furnished - bed, bedside drawers, low chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk, chair, couple of lamps, mirror. ITs a double room but I've only got a single bed in there at the moment, so if who ever moves in wants a double I'm happy to get rid of it to make space.

The rent is £325 and then there are bills on top of that this year it worked out as £40 a month for household bills - water, electricity, gas, landline (plus the cost of calls made) and £55 council tax. Of course it might change a bit if the person moving in uses the heating more or gas prices go up again. I have broadband at the moment - WIFI and if the new person wanted to share it I was going to keep it.
