I’m Paul…. A friendly outgoing professional person looking for someone to rent a room in my flat for an initial period of six months, however a shorter term lease could be negotiated.… My flat is in Speedwell near to the top of Lodge causeway, halfway between Fishponds and Kingswood. It has great links to the centre… you can catch the no 6 or 7 bus. Both go every 15 min in to town and back from town every 7 min at peak times. Sainsburys is 10 minutes walk and Tesco express 5 Min.

The property itself is in a quiet new development. A 1st floor Non smoking apartment that has its own parking space, which I do not use so if you have a car this is available for you to use. Also there is a bike shed in the building and the Bristol to Bath cycle path is close by.

I’m offering a double room for rent that could be part furnished or unfurnished (preferably furnished). Currently there is a double bed as you can see in the attached picture and the room will have a large mirrored cupboard. The Apt is modern, clean and tastefully decorated. You will have full use of the living area and kitchen which has a washer/dryer, fridge freezer and electric cooking appliances. You will share a bathroom which has both a bath and a shower. The apartment has Sky plus TV in the living room and wireless high speed broadband throughout if you have your own wireless enabled computer. There is no landline as since Broadband was switch on it has given up the ghost and BT can’t seem to get it to work, but hey… we have internet.

I am looking for a friendly and considerate non smoking professional person who is clean, tidy and respectful. Shift work is not a problem. I’m a very outgoing person but also enjoy a quiet and comfortable place to live. No Pets.

All bills are included in the rent and I’m looking for a £300 deposit and a month’s rent in advance which is £325.
