We have over 20 years of Design and Support experience in the Computing and Communications industry with degree level engineers in Electronic Engineering and Computer Science.

We can resolve some of the more straightforward software problems remotely by phone or over the internet. If not, then we are usually able to make a home visit within 4 to 8 working hours of you contacting us.

We charge £28 for a call out, which includes the first 30 minutes of time on diagnosis and fix work. After that its £21 for each subsequent 30 minutes for call outs for software and hardware problems and technical support work. There is no addtional mileage fee for call outs within Bristol and Bath.

For one-2-one training in your own home we charge a reduced fee of £17 per 30 minutes.
