I live in a large clifton house near Whiteladies Road and do not use the top floor where there is a sunny bedroom with double bed, bathroom and seperate toilet so this is offered to rent to a quietish non smoker. You can have almost sole use of the large lounge and share the kitchen with me. I am a single female in my 50's but with a young outlook.
