My Client, one of the leading IT recruitment consultancy in the UK are currently looking for a team leader on their permanent division. At present the Office as a whole has seen huge success with the permanent Division in particular, because of this, my client would like to grow the division further.

You will be tasked in developing new recruitment sales staff and take existing staff to new levels, whilst at the same time billing yourself. The successful candidate will have a proven record as a senior consultant/Team leader on an IT recruitment team and be able to motivate, coach, train and mentor individuals to a high standard. You will be given the freedom to manage how you see fit and create your own model. This might mean working your team on vertical markets, for example.

In return, my client offers a basic salary of between 30k - 55k + car allowance+ uncapped commission paid monthly. With this also comes a huge uncapped bonus scheme for team leaders based on your teams performance; This is paid on a quarterly basis. On top of this depending on the candidate, a 6 month guarantee could be offered depending on your current earnings.
