Sous Chef – Bristol

One of the finest restaurant chains in the UK is currently looking at expanding their kitchen brigade and is looking for an experienced Sous Chef. This restaurant is a multi award-winning, fine dining establishment with 3 rosettes is the epitome of elegance... and is owned by one the world's most talented Chefs!

I am looking for a career focused Sous Chef ideally with 2/3 rosette and/or Michelin star experience.

My client aims to provide the very best atmosphere with modern and authentic French cuisine. All of their dishes are hand-crafted using the finest ingredients - sustainable, freedom foods, free range, natural or wild produce.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Sous Chef to work under an amazing Michelin starred chef.

The salary for the position of Sous Chef is starting at £23,000 for the right candidate.
