Friendly and outgoing housemate wanted!

Me and my brother currently have a vacant and furnished double room on the ground floor (previously a lounge) with wireless internet access, a double bed, a computer desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers in our house in Redfield.

Both me and my brother are working professionals whose interests span music production, history, football, travel, computing and exploring Bristol.

The house comprises of a cosy lounge, an upstairs bath and shower room, a fitted kitchen with appliances and a south-facing decked garden terrace in addition to the three bedrooms.

Location
The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac near the high street of Church Road, which has some well known establishments such as Tesco, Aldi, Lidl, Wetherspoons and St. Georges Park situated on or very near by. This in addition to the greengrocer, Dentists, various bakeries, hardware shops, delicatessens, cafés, hairdressers/barbers, and pubs.

Travel
The house is close to the Severn Beach Railway line which goes to Clifton and beyond via Montpelier, Redland and Stapleton Road. The Lawrence Hill station also allows you to get to Filton Abbeywood, Bristol Parkway and South Wales.

The Bristol to Bath cycle path is only a few minutes down the road and allows you to cycle into the city centre within less than 15 minutes. You can even go out into the countryside!

The M32 is about a five minute drive away, whilst buses can be caught on Church Road's recently completed bus lane.

If you want to walk to the centre, it will take you about 20-30 minutes depending on how fast you walk.
