Mon – Fri 07.00 – 14.30
NJC Pt 13 – 15
£14,557 – 15,132 (actual salary for 35hrs per week)

We require an organised and experienced cook to prepare nutritious, home-cooked meals for our lovely children’s centre. The families who use our centre have UK, Caribbean, Asian and African heritage and we would like to reflect this in our food so a willingness to learn about various cuisines and find simple ways of incorporating them into the menu is a must as is experience of cooking on a large scale. We are not looking for Gordon Ramsey just a great cook who is hard-working and reliable and understands how important good food is to the health and well being of pre-school children. Car driver preferred.

Key Tasks include:
• Preparing breakfast, lunch and snacks,
• Clearing and washing up and maintaining excellent health and hygiene standards
• Going to the fruit market and the cash and carry
• Ordering and managing supplies.
