My client is a stunning hotel/restaurant operation in the South West, seeking an inspiring and passionate Executive Head Chef, to aim their standards high and achieve results. This position is available IMMEDIATELY so all those Chefs out of work or seeking that challenge - APPLY NOW
After recruiting a strong senior management team, they are now seeking an Exec Head Chef to take the food operation onto the next level. Currently operating at a rosette standard, they want to maintain this high standard and develop the food operation to the next level. I am looking for candidates with exceptional work history, man management skills and a background of a similar standard. The passion to obtain rosettes/high standards will come from the fire in your belly
Reporting to the General Manager and Food and Beverage Director, you must be able to deliver current food costings accurately, work at 70-72% GP standard, manage a brigade of 8 chefs with 4 Kitchen Porters, assisting with further training/development and working with both fine dining and banqueting covers going up to 350.
Your main focus will be to over see and manage the food operation to your best potential, so possessing exceptional organizational skills, brand new innovative idea's for menu's and how the restaurant will be successful, will be a requirement within the first 6 months.
Previous chefs who have contributed towards a new opening or have been part of a transitional stage in business ownership would be a great contender.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a capable and experienced chef to work with a great bunch of people and within a role where you will receive ongoing development.
