Designate General Manager – Sports Bar

This company is a major player in the world of sport related pubs. Operating a well known established brand, along with cleverly developed concepts in several areas around the country.
An energetic and focused Designate General Manager, passionate about hospitality, yet strong enough to manage a large team of staff, is desired for a branded sports destination establishment.
As a Designate General Manager your tasks will include the day-to-day management of the operation, leading by example and ideally have a branded bar/food restaurant concept background. You will have gained your experience from at least two years pub management within a pub and ideally sports environment and be an excellent host with superior customer care and management skills.
You will be an achiever, setting and maintaining high standards, yet with the ability to establish positive relations with both customers and colleagues alike. You will have responsibility for your pub including Financials and be targeted to drive sales and profitability.
